We can collaborate with our clients on the entire business planning process and accompany them from beginning to end. Our planning process is structured in 6 main phases:  

1. BUSINESS OBJECTIVES

Everything starts from the business objectives of the organization and its shareholders. We make sure to understand these objectives clearly so that we stay focused on the destination throughout the process. 

2. INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL ANALYSIS

An optimal business model and strategy are anchored in a clear understanding of the internal and external environment. We immerse ourselves deeply in the reality of our clients, and we make sure we understand your market and consumers. 

3. DEVELOPMENT OF THE VISION AND STRATEGY

 

Developing a strategic plan means first and foremost identifying the destination. Where do you want to go, and are key players aligned to go in the same direction? From this destination arises the marketing and financial strategy which is often articulated in three pillars: Product, Process and Talent. 

4. DEFINITION OF THE ACTION PLAN

 

Strategy is the art of sacrifice, meaning that what we don’t do—what we give up—is just as important as what we choose to focus on. In other words, we must often first subtract in order to multiply. We help our clients to identify the strategic imperatives that will have most tangible and significant impact on their vision and model. We help you to prioritize and build a roadmap of actions based on your resources. 

5. FINANCIAL MODELIZATION

 

Moving from vision to reality, from the conceptual to the tangible, is one of the key challenges of strategic planning. But thanks to our experience both on the client and on the consultant side, we can help you translate the strategic plan into a viable long-term financial model.
